A. Device Permissions Requested
To deliver our core speech-to-text, translation, and sharing features, the App requires access to specific device capabilities:
- RECORD_AUDIO (Microphone): Essential for capturing your voice so our transcription and translation engines can convert your speech into text. Audio processing is handled immediately to generate your text.
- INTERNET & Network State (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE): Required to provide language translation updates, and log stability performance metrics.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to deliver status alerts or application updates to you.
B. App Queries & Sharing Capabilities
The App includes declarations allowing it to communicate with local device services (such as system email, system SMS tools, and established communication apps). This is utilized strictly when you explicitly choose to export or send your transcribed text in 1-tap. No message contents or package visibility information is transmitted outside of your device.
2. Third-Party Analytics and Performance Services
To maintain a reliable and fast user experience, the App integrates standard mobile industry diagnostic tools provided by Google Firebase. These services process technical, non-personally identifiable device data solely on our behalf:
- Firebase Analytics: Helps us understand aggregate app usage patterns (e.g., screen views, duration, feature engagement) so we can optimize future updates.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to send and deliver push notifications directly to your device. This service uses an anonymous Firebase installation ID or device token to ensure notifications reach your specific device securely and reliably. It does not collect or transmit the personal contents of your transcriptions.Â
- Firebase Crashlytics: Provides anonymized crash reports, stack traces, and device hardware details when an unexpected error occurs so we can fix bugs quickly.
- Firebase Performance Monitoring: Measures app startup times and background processing latency to ensure smooth performance across various Android devices.
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure
We do not share any data with third parties or outside the app.
- Zero Data Selling/Sharing: Your personal information, voice recordings, and transcribed text results are never shared, sold, or rented to any third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or outside entities.
- Local Storage: Your historical transcriptions, notes, and chat translations are saved locally on your device's internal memory. You maintain full control over this data and can delete any or all records within the app's History menu at any time.
4. Security
The security of your information is important to us. We adhere to industry standards to safeguard the technical diagnostic information processed during your session. Because your transcriptions and voice interactions are kept contained or processed dynamically, your privacy is preserved on your device.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
