• The App does not intentionally retain raw microphone recordings after processing.

The resulting transcription may be saved locally on your device when you choose to use History, notes, or other text-saving features.

Important: Microphone permission does not mean that we store your raw audio recordings.

If voice recognition is performed by an Android system service or third-party speech recognition provider, that provider may process audio according to its own privacy practices. Such processing depends on the speech recognition service used by your device.

1.2 Internet and Network Access

The App uses the following Android permissions:

• INTERNET
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
• ACCESS_WIFI_STATE

These permissions support network-dependent features, translation, advertising, Firebase services, and other online functionality.

1.3 Notifications

The App may request POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission on supported Android versions.

2. Transcriptions and Locally Stored Information

The App allows you to create, manage, and save transcriptions, notes, and related text.

Saved content is stored locally on your device.

We do not intentionally upload your saved transcription history or notes to our own servers.

We do not use your saved transcription content to personalize advertisements.

You can remove locally stored content through the App's deletion features or by clearing the App's data through Android settings.

If you choose to share or export content to another application, the receiving application may process it according to its own privacy practices.

3. Google Firebase Services

We use Google Firebase services to maintain, analyze, and improve the App.

3.1 Firebase Analytics

Firebase Analytics helps us understand how users interact with the App.

We do not intentionally send raw voice recordings or saved transcription history through FCM.

4. Google AdMob Advertising

Voice Scribe - Voice to Text uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google, to display advertisements and support the free availability and ongoing development of the App.

AdMob and its advertising partners may collect or process certain information to deliver advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising services.

Such advertisements may still involve limited processing of technical information for delivery, frequency capping, reporting, security, and fraud prevention.

Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements from the App.

The App does not intentionally retain raw microphone audio after voice-to-text processing.

Third-party speech recognition services, if used, may apply their own processing and retention practices.

Transcriptions and Notes

Saved transcription text and notes may remain locally on your device until you delete them.

You can delete saved content using available App features or by clearing the App's local data.

Firebase Information

Firebase may retain analytics, crash reports, performance data, and technical identifiers according to its applicable service settings and retention policies.

Advertising Information
